If your order has been placed before 3.30 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday we will endeavour to ship your order on the same day. For UK Customers we use Royal Mail 24 which usually delivers within one day for UK. (Please allow 1-2 days)
In addition guaranteed UK Next Working Day Delivery is available at checkout for an additional £6.50. Should you require the security of a guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery.
Available up to 3.30 PM(GMT) Monday to Friday* ( *Excluding Bank Holidays). This is a working day service. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the Monday.

For Standard European Union orders please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
Outside of the European Union please allow 7 working days for delivery for standard delivery. Though we do expect your order to arrive quicker than 7 days this is a guideline to allow for occasional customs delay
You can return your purchase in its original unworn condition including tags within 30 days for a no fuss full refund. We endeavour to refund your purchase within five working days from receipt of your return. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. In the case of you being in receipt of a faulty item or an error in delivery on our part then we of course will cover the cost of a return due to any failure on our part.

We count any purchase made after November 1st as a potential Christmas purchase. All Christmas purchases can be returned in their unworn condition to us for a full refund or exchange at anytime up until January 31st 2020.
At this time there is no charge for UK exchanges other than we ask you to bear the cost of posting your exchange to the address below. On receipt of your exchange item, we will post free of charge your replacement. Though the same terms apply as for refunds. The item must be unused and and in its original condition. The exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We endeavour to process your exchange request within five working days from receipt of your return.
Unfortunately free exchanges cannot be extended to customers beyond the UK. If you are outside of the UK, we advise you return your item for a refund to the address below and reorder from the site.
