Handmade in Northamptonshire from one of England’s oldest traditional boot makers. We have teamed up with Northamptonshire Production Society (est.1881) to offer you the classic Brogue Derby boot.
A re-make of a long standing classic style and offering a perfect extension of the definitive Peaky silhouette
Brogues and Broguing originate in Ireland from the late 16th century. Brōg being the Gaelic for shoe. This particular Brogue boot style dates from late 1920’s England onward. Made using classic Goodyear welted sole construction. These boots are surefire candidates for the definitive Brogue boot shape.
Walk in the footsteps of our forefathers with the help of these authentic premium leather Brogue boots. Still made in the same traditional way nearly 100 years on.

About Goodyear Welting The process ensures a watertight seal between the upper’s concealed inner sole and the outer sole. The cavity created between the upper sole and the outer sole contains a cork layer that over time, moulds to your foot availing a more comfortable and personal fit. The process enables the outer sole to be replaced or repaired. Many modern, cheaper, imported boots have bonded soles which are soles that are glued to the upper and when they are worn away they are done for. Thrown away.
